PRODUCTION
The process of production is carried out by
press-formings and extrusion /pulling out/ for profiles.
The materials used are in accordance with clients’ preferences in the range
of artificial and natural elastomers /rubber/, industrial silicones and silicone-based
mixtures for the food-and-beverage industry.
The tools and instruments are designed in The
TRELP – GEORGIEVI & Co. at clients' specification, an existing detail, the
application and the working parameters of a product or a drawing, sketch and/or
scheme of the final product. The press-formings /matrices/ are made by the method
of cold work of metal carried out by our contractual partners. There is a possibility
for production by a client’s tools and instruments.

Couplings
- Couplings for low and high revolutions machines for hydraulic
/water and oil/ and pneumatic /gas/ pumps. Hardness and elasticity - as
per the specification of the Bulgarian State Standards or as per clients’
preferences. Maximum outer diameter of a coupling – up to 650 mm.
Electricity isolating gaskets
- Gaskets for the domestic electrical system /transformators/.
Over 100 sizes for high and low
voltage terminals, level gauges, oil circuit-breakers, gaskets for closing
of transformer reservoirs /profiles: circular, rectangular / and a possibility
for producing new configurations as per the sizes of the client’s order.
- Electricity resistance. Oil resistance. Shore hardness
from 50° A to 75°À.
Certified by an accredited Bulgarian laboratory guaranteeing the quality
of products.

- Components of phenol-formaldehyde resin /phenolic plastic/
for electrical conductance systems.
Design and production according to the client’s needs. Colours possible
by choice.

- Gaskets for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Design and production of specific, non-standard gaskets.
Depending on the working environment oil-resistant, acid-resistant and
atmospherically resistant ones are offered. Temperature resistant silicone-based
mixtures up to 500° Ñ. Temperature resistant of synthetic rubber up to
90° Ñ
Profiles and sheets
- Square, rectangular, circular and profiles with geometrically
irregular form. EPDM, oil-resistant, atmospherically resistant and acid-resistant
ones.
For dense profiles – hardness up to 80° À. Micro porous profiles - hardness
up to 30° À.
Rubber sheets, vulcanized or raw, sizes up to 600 õ 800 x 30 mm.

- Products made of different types of rubber with inserted
metal profiles are offered /rubberizing, coating/. The possibilities for
production are up to 600 mm outer diameter and highness of the rubber
surface up to 400 mm. The connection between the metal and the rubber
is by different types of technical glues – hot or cold.
